Happy 1-month, Payton Riley

I cannot believe Payton is already 1 month old but at the same time it feels like she has been a part of this family for a long time already! She is the perfect addition and our family feels complete now :)

We really thought Harper was the most laid back baby but now having Payton we realize that she is actually even more laid back (Thank you, Jesus!). She started sleeping in her own room at 10 days old whereas I had Harper in our room until she was 6 months! She is waking to eat every 2-3 hours at night but usually goes right back to sleep unless she is congested or has a tummy ache. She can sleep through almost anything including Harper having a major meltdown in the car or because she is not getting all of mommy's attention. Harper is handling her pretty well but every once in a while she gets jealous when I am holding or feeding Payton. Harper definitely loves her sister unconditionally and is always looking for "babyyyy" as soon as she wakes up and gives her kisses nonstop!

We feel so blessed and cannot wait to see Payton grow (but not too fast) and see Harper and Payton become best friends!!
